Question : I started having this issue where It will start as a low mood then slowly get worse till I can physically feel it like an overwhelming pressure that goes away and comes back. I have gone to an urgent care which believed I may of had serotonin syndrome or lithium poisoning I went to the er for it and everything checked out.

▪︎Gabapentin
▪︎Hydroxozyne
I've been diagnosed before with ptsd but I don't know if that's true or not. The episodes happen almost daily.

I agree with the ER doctor that the symptoms can be related to serotonine syndrome.
This syndrome is related to the medications that you are already taking.
They can cause high accumulation of the serotonine in the system.
Usually it is caused by antidepressant medications but it can also be caused by lithium.
I recommend to consult your doctor to review your treatment.
