Question : I started off with realizing that there was a cut in my butt, I know that because I can feel it. Then after I found that out I got super random shivers. I went to the shower and when I came back they were pretty much gone. Then I started to develop a a headache... well, sorta it definitely feels hazing in the back portion of my head. Then I noticed that I was getting dizzy and a little fatigued. I also started to notice worth develops around my face. It seems to be stronger sometimes and weaker at other points. All of these symptoms I mean. Not quite sure what was going on, figured I’d ask.. thank you.

Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history it may be migraine headache for which hot water shower may be a triggering factor.

Please let me know do you have nausea, seeing flashes of light, increased sensitivity to sound?

For that you can take tablet acetaminophen 500 mg every 6 hourly. Apply diclofenac gel or ointment locally with heating pads over neck.

Along with that kindly check blood sugar level and do blood pressure monitoring after detailed medical examination and physician's opinion.

For cut you can apply fucidin ointment locally. Keep your self hydrated and take balanced diet.
