Question : While getting ready for bed, sitting and looking down at my phone I started to feel a strange fluttering in the right side of my head, in front (but not directly) and above my ear. It felt very strange what do you think it could be?

Hello,

Your episode of strange fluttering in the head seems not related to your cardiac issues.

It was probably a sort of benign positional paroxysmal vertigo, or a temporary dysfunction of your inner ear.

This happens mostly with certain head and neck positions.

These neck and head positions may also impair blood flow to the brain resulting in such sensations.

In my opinion, it was not a serious problem in your case.
