Brief Answer:
The risk of HIV transmission is remote

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
welcome to Ask A Doctor,
Thanks for posting your query.
The prevalence of HIV transmission through breast milk is just 10 - 15 %. Not more than this. That too, if the sucking is continuing for months. Not with just one time sucking. The chances of getting HIV infection through breast milk is very low as the viral concentration in breast milk is very much insignificant. Moreover, that girl is not necessarily a women with HIV positive. So the chances of getting HIV infection through this mode is very very remote. HIV test reports will be reliable only after the window period. There are different types of HIV tests are available. You had not mentioned about the name of your HIV test.

Brief Answer:
4th generation HIV Combo test 12 weeks after the incident

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
welcome back.
I don't think that you need another HIV test.
If you want to rule out the remote possibility, and for your mental satisfaction, you can go for another HIV test.
In this situation, my suggestion will be you can opt for HIV 4th generation Combo test (DUO) 12 weeks after that incident. If you want an immediate test, then you have to go far HIV DNA PCR or qualitative RNA PCR test - 2 separate tests one for HIV 1 and another for HIV 2 infection. 4th generation test after 12 weeks will be enough to rule out HIV 1&2 infection.
