Question : I suspect I have a concussion and have some possibly concerning symptoms. Wondering if I should go in tonight or can wait until the morning.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Let me assure you that going by the description that you have somehow injured your head but things do not appear unusual. If 'concussion' occurs, it will not be without manifestations. The main concern could be the ominous signs of head injury which are:
* Vomiting
* Severe headache
* Altered consciousness or Loss of consciousness
* Convulsions

I assume that none of these have occurred. Unless any of these are present you need not worry. If any of these occur, you would need to get a CT scan of the brain done.

Take paracetamol or acetaminophen in case you are in pain.

Thank you for the info but this was the problrm. i had/have a severe headache(worse than other tbi%E2%80%99s) and my hands and legs started foing numb at times. i also would have some unusual twiches or spasms and im extremely nauseous but havent puked which is good.
