Thanks for posting your query.
I had seen the pictures sent by you.
It is not fit with either Herpes simplex or Herpes Zoster infection.
It seems that you are having a bacterial infection only. Possibly it includes hair follicles also. This will be cleared with a course of antibiotics. You have rule out diabetes mallitus. Consult a dermatologist and get well soon.
