                                            Question : I swallowed about a mouthful of mouthwash at the dentist today, about three to four hours ago, I have no symptoms present, just wondering if I should consult doctor.

As 3 to 4 hours have elapsed it is very unlikely that you would have new symptoms.
It may cause a bit of dizziness which will wean off slowly.
Have oral water and keep yourself hydrated.
