Question: I take the following medications: lisinprol, levothroxine, metroprolol, flucaticasone, buspirone, gabapetin, simvastin,,nitroglcerine Plus I have Kidney failure...I had a positive for Amphetamine or methamphetimine.. Can it have been caused by my Medication and Health problems

Many medicines including pain killers can have a false positive amphetamine

Yes some reports of false positive amphetamine are recorded for metoprolol at high dose. I could not find such documentation for other drugs being taken by you.
