Brief Answer:
You need a prescription from a gynecologist.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
You can opt for medical termination of pregnancy (abortion) but you can not get the abortion pills directly from the pharmacy and you should consult a gynecologist and need a prescription.
In your case, there is a valid cause and there should not be any legal problems for abortion.
In the abortion kit, there are two pills (Mifepristone and misoprostol) and you have to take them at a 48 hours gap. Following abortion, you have to get an ultrasound scan to confirm that it is complete and no products of conception left behind.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
