I Think I Am In Parnoid?

Question: Hi I was was walking home from work and this lady was screaming loud and using profanity and I don’t know if I made contact with her or not this happened I think a few weeks ago now I’m thinking parnoid regarding this should I go for an hiv test honestly it bugs me

I banged my back head on a sign on the metal as I was standing up it was kinda hard I kinda iced it at home now I feel kinda dizzy but it kinda hurts a bit esp around the neck area now Shoukd I be concerned about with this?? I do t want to happened like saget he tripped and fell abd hit his head on the coffee maker I’m sure you heard about it but with my it was a bang what do you think the emergency?? My mom says no rub it out and what do you think am I going to retire if I go to sleep

Oh yea there was something in a Nepkin so unrolled it was a razor apparently no contact I did not think about it so I put in ghe bag left in hut worry
