Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I want to know some more details on order to give you a better opinion.
You are a teenager and hormonal changes at this age can give mood swings often but not everything can be classified as cyclothymia.
What are the main feelings you have and how do they affect your actions?
How long have you been experiencing these mood changes ( high to low mood)?
Have you had stable periods and for how long?
How is your relationship with your friends and family members and is it affected by your mood changes?
Have you tried to seek psychological help at school or elsewhere ?
Does anyone in your family suffer from any mental health diseases?
Have you done any tests available online on cyclothymia and what was the result?
Seeking psychological help may be helpful.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further

 Psychotherapy is recommended.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I am sorry to hear that you have been through abuse trauma and it may have contributed to your situation right now.
You have increased chances of having cyclothymia .
You should seek psychological help to your school psychologist or to any psychological help center near your region.
Doing psychotherapy may help you overcome this problem.
I don't recommend you to take any drugs.

Meeting a doctor in person is required.
Detailed Answer:
I would be pleased to diagnose you but talking to you in person may be required.
Giving an opinion without talking to you in person of how are you feeling and about your situation is a bit inappropriate.
I can suspect you may have cyclothymia according to what you are saying but meeting a local doctor and a psychologist is required.
