Brief Answer:
no need to see doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
There is no need to see doctor. Hemorrhoids are common issue and in most cases it can be treated at home. Only if there is intensive bleeding or you have some other associated symptoms such as weight loss or colon cancer in family then you should see doctor. At this point, the most important thing is to regulate bowel movements, have easier diet to soften your stool such as high fibre diet, fruit, vegetables, boiled food. Avoid chocolate, sweets, spicy and fried food. For pain or itchiness you may use antihemorrhoidal ointment such as preparation H or other natural based creams. You may also use vaseline oitnemnt or dolocain gel for intensive pain. Other remedies include supossitories or diosmine pills, but this are not required for most cases. Surgery ,laser therapy and rubber band ligation are indicated only if there are persistent grade 3 hemorrhoids. Wish you good health. Regards
