I Think I Have Some Dry Skin At The End

Question: I think I have some dry skin at the end of my penis where the pee comes out. I tried using lotion but I think its make things worse. Can you help me get rid of this?

What else can I tell you about it? I would rather not post a photo if I don’t to.

I have noticed it for the past week or so and I’m thinking maybe it is smegma? Not sure how to prevent it.

Smegma can accumulate and cause such irritation and fungus accumulation. Wash with warm water. You can apply miconazole antifungal cream after drying. You can also apply aloe vera gel. Avoid soaps and oils as it can increase irritation.
