Hello dear,

I see the photo you attached and they look completely normal.
There are no bump or blisters fluid filled or ulcerative. You are having some normal colour bumps which are normal glands of the mucosal lining.

Also you are not having symptoms of burning pain, itching and discharge and you never had sexual activity.
So don't worry you are not having herpes genitalis.
