Question: I think I might have a problem with my bowels. I usually only go once and week and when I do, I ALWAYS clog the toilet. Is this something I should be worried about?

Take high fiber diet. Take fiber supplements like metamucil.
Drink enough fluids.
Increase your physical activity.
Check your blood glucose levels and thyroid function.
Wellbutrin and Effexor that you are taking can cause constipation.

But I don't feel constipated. And when I do go it's not hard and I don't have to push at all. The stool is usually soft. Does that still qualify as constipation or might it be something else? It seems very strange to me that I almost always clog the toilet. And considering my history of gallbladder removal, etc I worry it is something else.
