Question: I think I swallowed cla cap not sure I was chugging white wine in a small bottle I’m thinking I. Ave no symptons but warmth in my stomach area I know I threw the bottle away the cap I am trying to remember though I just don’t know please help thanks what shoukd I do thinking no why would I

If I did swallow the cap honestly what would the feeling be like I’m saying why would swallow a cap it doesn’t make sense thinking what the cap I threw the bottle away but the cap don’t know thinking

Thanks for the clear photo and additional history.
Such a large cap to be swallowed will need conscious efforts, means one can not have a doubt. Hence, if your remember the efforts of swallowing such a cap then only we can think about going forward for having X-rays and other investigations like X-rays to see whether the cap is swallowed or not. \Is this cap a metal one or a plastic one?
Such objects can cause symptoms of obstruction like bloating, pain and vomiting. Please see if these symptoms are present and if yes then it is worth a visit to ER.
Please try to find the bottle and search surrounding the find if the cap is present. If the cap is present then you might not have swallowed it.

Its okay as this can happen with many people.
Yes, it is best to check for it if possible wherever you have thrown and the problem will be over if you find the cap.
If there is still warmth that you are feeling in stomach then take a PPI like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole.
