Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor"service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

You are having mixed anxiety depression, attention deficit disorder and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
This leads to multiple somatic complaints which is called Somatization disorder.
Your symptoms have been accentuated due to hormonal imbalance associated with pre menopause syndrome and multivitamin deficiencies.

Have nourishing diet including plentiful of rawvegetables and fruits, keep yourself well hydrated, don't be sleep deprived, learn relaxation techniques and belly breathing,do meditation,be physically active, take commercially available multivitamin supplements specially vitamin B12 and D which are associated with neurological complications, have fish ,nuts ,seeds and other sources of omega3fatty acids and have sun exposure daily.
Keep good perineal hygiene to prevent urinary tract infection and pelvic infection associated with menopause.

Please see your clinician to get your hormonal levels and vitamin levels checked and tailor your treatment protocol accordingly.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
