I think you can try vaginal pessaries that are plastic rings used to support uterus and rectum and bladder.
Also estrogen creams used vaginally can improve the vaginal muscle strength to provide support.
In our clinic we have achieved good results with both methods.
If they don't help you, surgery may be needed to reinforced uterine ligaments.
