Hello,

I understand your concern. While it may be possible for a spider to get through a nostril, it is a very rare occurrence.
If you have reason to believe that such thing happened, the only thing you can do is to see an ENT (ear nose and throat) specialist. A primary care doctor or any other specialist does not possess the right tools for this procedure. I strongly recommend you do not attempt to remove it yourself either.
The ENT specialist would also diagnose the problem with your blocked nose, after having ruled out a spider presence and prescribe the right treatment.
