Question : I took 5ml of Hydromet for cough about 2 hours ago. I accidentally took one Tylenol pm instead of s regular Tylenol just now. Is this going to be ok?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

With the above combination, you may experience some extra drowsiness for next 24 hours. So you maybe careful while driving or operating heavy machinery.
If there is respiratory rate seems quite low or some pain/ vision problem with the eyes, then its an emergency situation.

Avoid alcohol or any sedative medicine for atleast 24 hours.

Otherwise I donot expect any particular problems with one extra dose.
