Brief Answer:
Monthly this dose (60k) is considered safe in 2nd trimester.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query with diligence. If your vitamin d is low then monthly 60k units of vitamin d is safe. Do there is nothing to worry. Next time before you get a shot check your blood levels of vitamin d.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help.
Thanks.

Still it is safe.

Thank you for your follow-up query.

6 lakh IU is also safe in 2nd trimester. Next time check your vitamin d levels before getting a shot. Also take only 60k if it is low.
Thanks.
