Question : I took 7 laxatives today I took 4 around 2pm and 3 an hour ago, I feel somewhat light headed very anxious and my chest feels weird and I’m kinda hot and I’m super thirsty . What should I do I need too sleep

Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that you seems anxious so the first thing which I would like to advise is just calm down and relax and do not take any more laxatives as that can upset your bowel significantly causing multiple loose stools.

Just take a small walk around listening to some good music and then go back to bed, you will surely get sleep.
