Question : I took just one tablet of 250mg crystalline nicotinamide riboside and 50mg pterostilbene and had a very fitful sleep. I have some anxiety issues that usually do strike the worst in the middle of the night but this felt a bit different so wondered if it could have been the result of this “ NAD” I took
