Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I passed carefully through your medical history and would explain that its important properly controlling blood pressure values. Some practical measures may be followed:

- Hydralazine daily dose may be increased from 50 mg three times daily to four times daily (every 6 hours);
- Labetalol from 100 mg 3 times daily may be increased to 200 mg two times daily (every 12 hours); if blood pressure remains persistently high after 3-4 days, further increased may be applied to 300 mg twice daily.
- ACEI or ARB drugs may be added (if no contraindications exist).

You need to discuss with your attendin doctor on the above mentioned issues.

Hope to have been helpful!
