Brief Answer:
Dont worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical query raised by you i can understand your concern and i would like to tell you that as there is a time difference of more than 12 hrs between two doses so it wont affect you bp in a significant way.

However its advisable to to keep an eye by recording your bp if you feel light headed or dizzy at some point.

Kind Regards
