Question : I took one of my lorazepam (Ativan) sublingual 1mg tabs around 1:50pm today and i have built up mucus phlegm so im wondering when i can take a Mucinex?

Thanks for the query.
It is quite common and does not have any relation with Ativan.
As of now you can do steam inhalation which will help open open up clogged sinuses and provide symptomatic relief.
In mucinex can be tried only in case of persistent symptoms.
Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety.
