                                    Brief Answer:
In mild symptoms, medicines are not needed
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
In mild symptoms, medicines are usually not needed. Immunity and other measures taken for common cold are enough. In mild symptoms with mucous in throat I recommend cetrizine once in a while. If difficulty in breathing develops, then steroid inhalers and antibiotics like co-amoxiclav are needed and safe. Warm water with some salt can be used for gargling. Drinking warm fluids like tea with ginger, turmeric and black pepper is also helpful.
Studies have shown that hydroxychloroquine helps improving oxygen levels, but your oxygen levels are not low. It doesnot cure the infection. So I would not use it myself. But many healthcare workers recommend it. So it is upto you.

I am feeling little heavy in breathing, when I use steam inhalation, I feel better.
will Azithromycin will do or shall I get co-amoxiclav ones?
when should I go for covid test again?
I have C-vitamin tabs, zincovit, any other supplements (multi-vitamins) needed? any thing I shoudn't eat - like milk, curd, rice, egg etc? (I am a vegetarian)
sorry for troubling with same questions, I am worried to get back to normal.
thank you for your patience

                                    Brief Answer:
Don't worry; you will get better
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Drink lots of water throughout day. In morning you can have 2-3 glasses of lime water with salt.
SpO2 is currently fine.
I am not worried about your heart rate also.
Both amoxicillin-clavulanic acid and azithromycin have been used.
Repeat COVID test can be done when you feel better or asymptomatic.
C vitamin and zincovit are ok. Other multivitamins not needed.
Sugary foods usually deteriorate sore throat. Milk and curd can also deteriorate sore throat. So you can experiment with it sometime.
Regular exercise is a must.
Also few deep breaths every hour are needed to expand the lungs. Can take help of lung exerciser. Can learn pranayam in an online class for same purpose. This is time to pray and meditate. Do not listen to bad news etc.
