Question : I took plan b on sunday and havent gotten my period yet. I am supposed to start my new birth control pack tomorrow should I still start it or wait until i get my period

From your notes, it appears that you were already on birth control pills. If so then why did you take Plan B? If it was just one episode of the missing pill on Sunday for which you took Plan B, then you can start the new pack as per schedule. Plan B does cause a delay in periods.
If you have missed the pill more than once in the last cycle, wait for your periods to begin and then start the new pack.
