Brief Answer:
Get an x ray done.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for the query.
Well, there is a possibility that the Root Canal Treated tooth has got re-infected, that is called Secondary infection leading to pain..
Pain in surroteeth can be radiating pain from the Root canal treated tooth only..
So first of all get an x ray of the tooth and the surrounding teeth done and upload it to me so that I can advise you better.
Also write your Age, Sex and if you have any medical history or if you are on any medication.
Also please tell if you gave any known allergies.
Please revert back with answers and x ray.
