Question : Hi I took two janumet 50/1000 accidentally tonight one at 7pm and another at 10:00 pm what to do

You may miss the next dose of Janumet 50/1000. After that you may continue as per sregular schedule.
Also if you feel symptoms of hypoglycemia like fast heartbeat, sweating, shaking etc, you may take some shikanjavi with sugar in it. Or any other sugary food. Alternatively check your blood sugar levels with a glucometer or in laboratory. Apart from this nothing much needed.
