Has the pain started today morning or comes on every morning?
Whether the pain is in the groin or in buttock as the pain in the testicle is usually referred to the groin or lower abdomen on the same side?
Any urinary symptoms?
Any bulge in groin like hernia?
Is there any swelling in left testicle/scrotum?
Any other associated symptoms?
