Question : I've had intermittent lightheartedness episodes for years, and after having an episode in July, 2019, my doctor had me wear a Holter monitor.

I have attached the results.

Can you provide your impression and possible next steps.

Thank you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After reviewing the HOLTER report provided by you I would like to tell you that overall it’s a normal report with no evidence on any abnormal rhythm or arrhythmias.

However there are frequent ectopics which are usually benign and won’t cause any health issues, although in some patients they can be bothersome and annoying thereby affecting quality of life.

In those cases a simple way is to add a low dose beta blocker to counter these ectopics.

So if they are bothering you then kindly consult your primary physician to get a written prescription for the same.

Kind Regards
