Question: I want to loose my weight as I am non vegetarian also ,as there is no fix timing of my lunch and dinner and I eat rice in dinner every day and also I am addicted to tea so kindly guide me

You are only moderately overweight and BMI must be below 30.
As of now you can restrict the calories by reducing the carbohydrate rich food like rice, you should also do regular physical exercises as well,Swimming and walking for a minimum of five days per week.
You have to maintain a weight monitoring chart as well.
You can follow these steps for a month and reassess.
If no improvement diet more aggressive measures can be tried.
