Take lemon juice and honey in lukewarm water in the morning.
Abstain from alcohol.
Take a low carb diet.
Avoid prolonged starvation periods which slow down the metabolism.
Avoid prolonged sittings.
Don't be sleep deprived.
De stress yourself by yoga and meditation as stress releases cortisol which promotes central obesity.
Go for a 40 minutes brisk walk daily.
Start cardio exercises.
Be physically active.
Get your thyroid levels checked.

For good hair growth.....

Have a high protein diet.
Take commercially available vitamin supplements.
Do regular oiling with warm oil.
