Question: I wanted to build a good muscles and be healthy. Should I used resistance band or dumb bell bar bells in home? Also what should be the diet. My age is 34 yrs, weight is 70 Kg and height is 5'10" .

Yes I do daily work out of 10 min. I am vegetarian. I am planning for fitness first and then move forward with body building. My body is thin and lean but after marriage my belly have come out a bit which looks awkward on thin and lean body. Also generally my back bone doesn't become straight until I consciously make it straight. For belly from today I started a one month training from a App named as Lose belly fat-flat stomach which have daily around 10-15 min exercises.
Please tell me what diet , exercise and routine should I follow to lose bit belly fat, make back bone straight all the time and be fit and healthy.
