I have seen the report attached. There are a few insignificant derangements but the ones needs interventions are

High cholesterol levels. I would recommend to cut down on fat and oils for a 6 months along with exercise for about an hour daily. This might naturally reduce the cholesterols. I would suggest to repeat the cholesterol test after months if not normal, might have to start on anti cholesterol medications.

Low Vitamin B12, needs supplementation with Methylcobalamine 750mcg once daily after food for a minimum of one month.

Urine analysis shows infection, for this you might have to consult your doctor as a course of antibiotics would be needed
