I have seen the attached report, it shows significant number of bacteria in the urine.

This particular bacteria is notorious for developing antibiotic resistance, hence it is imperative that this infection is treated completely.

E. Coli is quite a nasty bacteria to say the least.

Please consult her paediatrician at the earliest and start specific antibiotics for E. Coli as prescribed by the paediatrician.
