I wanted to consult on the health check reports that I received for the recent health check that was done for me and my family.
Neha Akhouri - Self - 45 yrs XXXXXXX XXXXXXX - Husband - 45 yrs
H K Akhouri - Father - 72 yrs XXXXXXX Akhouri - Mother - 62 yrs

1.Her HB and Vitamin D are less she needs supplements. She is a prediabetic .

2. His Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 are less needs supplements. He is a diabetic and has high cholesterol.. Needs medication for both

3.Her Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 are less needs supplements. She is a pre-diabetic and has high cholesterol.. Needs medication for cholesterol.

4 . Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 are less needs supplements

I would like to know height and weight of all the persons mentioned above
And also please provide information about medication they were already on.

Are any of them diabetic and hypertensive since past ?

Neha Akhouri - takes 75 Thyrox, started with vitamin D calcirol sachets and calcium tablets XXXXXXX Akhouri - Height 5' 2'', weight 65 kgs; takes Thyrox 50, started with vitamin D calcirol sachets and calcium tablets
H K Akhouri - Height 5' 7'', weight 69 kgs. Is on diabetic and BP medications. Prescription attached named as "Daddy prescription) has added vitamin D calcirol sachets and calcium tablets XXXXXXX XXXXXXX - Height 5' 8'', weight 76 kgs, has started with vitamin D calcirol sachets and calcium tablets

My father has been on insulin for quite some time and taked BP medines too, all of them in the prescription attached.

Mrs/Ms XXXXXXX needs iron supplements . Injection of iron given intravenously help here.

Cholesterol medication are prescription medications.. you may have to consult his treating doctor for the same.
