Hii. Welcome to the healthcare services. If you are allergic rhinitis or seasonal allergy then you can take tablet allegra for short course like 2 week. Allegra is fexofenadine and if has also has side effects on prolonged use. So in acute episode you can take allegra. For allergic rhinitis take fluticasone nasal spray 2 puff at bedtime for 2 month. If will decrease the inflammation. Take solspre saline nasal spray 1 puff thrice daily for 2 month. Take proper steam inhalation. Do yoga or nasal breathing exercises. Stay away from allergens like household smoke, flower, insects. Change bed sheet, pillow cover thrice weekly. Please review if you have any queries.
