I Was Diagnosed With Gout Two Months Back. My Uric

Question: I was diagnosed with gout two months back. my uric acid level was 11.5 mg/dl. after using medication for a week it reduced to 6.8. But still pain was there so Dr. suggested to take Febuxostat tablet every day for a month. It got reduced after using the medication for a month. As there is no pain after using medicine for a month I ate chicken meal one day and pain started. With in two days the pain became severe as before. Will the gout be chronic? Will one chicken meal after 30 days cause pain again? Can the problem be related to Calcium or Magnesium deficiencies? Renal function report shows all is fine.
