Question : Hi was diagnosed with polyploid nodular melonoma with superficial spreading melonoma adjacent in XXXXXXX this year. Wide local excision was done and slnb came back negative. Was 1.6mm Breslow depth / left scapula. XXXXXXX level 3 stage 2 . Extensively ulcerated ; brisk til and 1 / mm 2 mitioc index.

I have gone through the provided case history. However, I am not sure about your exact query as none was posted.

I guess you want to know about the further course. As this is a completely resected stage II melanoma, we need to observe only. Already one year has passed and I assume that you are doing well. Just continue to follow up with the doctor periodically as advised. Prognosis is likely to be good.

No other treatment is required as of now.
