Question : I was going to the bathroom and was straining pushed forward and pinched my penis on the toilet seat. Had a sharp pain and some monor blood for a day now pain on and off

Based on your statement minor bleeding from penis and pain in penis that followed after pinching your penis on toilet is likely to be trivial trauma to urethra .

Since bleeding has stopped and intensity of pain in penis has reduced there is nothing to be worried about ..

Take antibiotic like Nitrofurantoin and pain killer like Brufen twice daily for 5 days .

Ensure to drink more water .
