Brief Answer:
Answer given below
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The liver enzymes are within normal limits.
The recent scan is not showing any evidence of fatty liver.
The scan is showing only mild enlargement of liver.
Taking all the old and new reports in to consideration, you can take it as the fatty liver is in the process of getting resolved.
No medication is required.
Try to keep your BMI at below 25.
Avoid alcohol.
Repeat the ultrasound scan after 6 months.
