I Was I The Grocery Store And My Eyes Couldn’t

A viral infection is likely, allergy may cause similar symptoms as well
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome at "Ask a Doctor" service,
Headache with runny nose and ear ache might be due to a viral infection most of the time (common cold), sometimes allergy can cause headaches with runny nose and blocked ears.
As for the vision issue when you were at the supermarket, if it lasted only a few minutes, very likely it is nothing to worry about. It is quite common to experience this and still be OK.
Rizatriptan (which you already used) helps with migraine headaches but is less likely to help with other types of headaches like in the case of sinus headache or tension headache so if your headache is not better you may take Tylenol 500 mg together with Advil 600 mg after food and can be repeated every 6 hours if needed.
You may use Loratadine 10 mg at night to help with allergy and nasal lavage with saline solution to clean your nose and sinuses.
Normally a virus should be better in a few days so if you notice no improvement in 3-4 days or you notice any worsening you will need to see your doctor. If you get vision problems again this might need medical attention as well.
I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General and Family Physician
