Question : I was in a small enclosed room with an industrial strength ozone purifier for 5 hours with my cat. The cat alerted me to the situation by almost chocking to death. What kind of consequence might I have from this exposure?

I read your query and here is my advice.

The benefits of the usage of ozone purifiers are not confirmed by authorities and I don't recommend their usage.

You may experience, coughing, shortness of breath, throat irritation and chest pain even in small amounts.

If you suffer from a lung chronical disease such as asthma or chronic bronchitis it can worsen them.
Side effects can be felt even though your exposure was short and you are in good health.
