Question: Hello, my name is XXXXXXX one day I was drinking liquor and I felt sick all of a sudden and spit up. I had unprotected sex the next week. after that my hernia I have was hurting. my right testicle hurts now, my stomach on the right side mid way hurts. my back is starting too hurt. my bowel movements changed, they've gotten small and skinny. my sperm turned watery. I was on ciprofloxain and I felt better but after while my testicle still was hurting and my stomach started ta fell like the medication was solving the problem. I think I need my hernia done over......

Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted pain in Right Testicle and long groin due to inguinal hernia that you have could be either due to infection of Testis (Orchitis) or obstruction of contents of hernial sac and needs to be confirmed .

Consult qualified General Surgeon or Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis .
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Since you are known to have Inguinal Hernia and considering the risk involved it is safe and advisable to get it operated at earliest .

In the mean time start taking pain killer like Brufen and antacids like Pantaprazole twice daily
