Question : I was recently diagnosed with right ovarian vein thrombosis and my right side and back are really hurting and I feel super nauseous. I was put on Bactrim, but nothing for the ovt. Should I be concerned that the back pain and abdominal pain have not gone away?

Do you have any other medical problems or any abnormalities with your uterus and ovaries other than thrombosis.
Ovary has multiple blood supply.
Need to find out other causes for severe nausea and abdominal pain.
It may be better to consult your gynaecologist at the earliest.
