Question : I was walking from a store had sandals on but I got a a XXXXXXX on my big toe it was dark I couldn't know if there was anything on the ground apparently nog bleeding but its Sore dont know if anything on the ground like anything dangerous??? referring to hiv? or anything him test

It is important to get the wound looked at by a Doctor at the emergency room. Get it dressed and get a Tetanus shot as well as antibiotics. The wound may require to be sutures or stitched.

HIV needs to spread from one kind of body fluid to your body biasing your body fluids or any open wound. HIV virus cannot survive by itself.

Normal fasting blood sugar is usually 70 to 125mg/dL.

Exercise is important but also avoidance of high carbohydrate diet, junk food, pastries etc. Eating green leafy vegetables also is helpful. Sometimes you can be prone for Diabetes because a family member has it. You need to get tested to confirm. Being thirsty indicated dehydration and not only due to Diabetes. So get your fasting and post meal blood sugar levels tested. If your fasting is less than 125 and post meal less than 140 then you don't have Diabetes mellitus.
