Question : I was wondering if you heard of a test called the Sputum Cytology test to screen for lung cancer and if this is an accurate test.

Yes, I have experience in sputum cytology report

I am sending sputum cytology in my patients routinely.
It is simple, non invasive and very good screening test for lung cancer.
It is also very accurate.
So false positive results are very less.
Please let me know
1. Do you smoke?
2. Do you have positive sputum cytology report?.
3. Do you have mass lesion on chest x ray?
