I Went Down On A Sex Worker ( Girl )

Question: I went down on a sex worker ( girl ) and after few month I start seen something white growing on the back of my tongue sometime it’s clear to see and sometimes it disappears but it’s harmless. And I also noticed that I have something growing on the upper lips it is like very small white bumps it is harmless as well and it’s very small you have to come closer to the mirror to see it it is not bothering me but it’s look wired.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Based on your history, having unprotected oral sex I think you shouldn't worry because you have a little to no risk for HIV.
But there can exist the risk of chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HPV and HSV2 transmission.
